[ANNOUNCE] Apache bRPC 1.5.0 released

Hi all,

The Apache bRPC community is glad to announce the new release
of Apache bRPC 1.5.0.

Apache bRPC is an Industrial-grade RPC framework using C++ Language,
which is often used in high performance systems such as Search, Storage,
Machine learning, Advertisement, Recommendation etc.

Brief notes of this release:
- Support IPv6 for DNS resolve
- Support naming timer sampling and worker threads
- Add bvar is_hidden
- Add server concurrency in status builtin service
- Fix the issue of const unused in the example of RDMA
- Fix domain naming service host name buffer length
- Remove wordexp
- Reject initializing FlatMap when nbucket is 0
