   From an implementation perspective, can we directly leverage existing utility classes for the conversion, such as `com.google.common.net.InetAddresses` or `sun.net.util.IPAddressUtil`? (From a JDK version standpoint we need `add-exports` for this, so it might not be the preferred option.)
