Daniel, you can test it yourself by 
- adjusting the platform/karaf/features/src/main/resources/features.xml file
- building Camel 2.15 SNAPSHOT

And then startup Karaf 2.4.1

chooseurl camel 2.15-SNAPSHOT
features:install camel
features:install camel-ganglia
{code}

But at first glance the manifest above looks correct. It should export the 4 or so packages from the geo library.
