[FRIDAY][HUMOR][OT][NOTSERIOUS][BEER] Proposal for new struts mailing list

I would propose a new struts mailing list for discussions regarding:

* List Policy
* Subject line DTDs
* Votes for new mailing lists
* Job postings

In the past two weeks there has been more mail in those categories than
struts and humor (probably although I did not count the mail).

This is sarcastic humor if you missed that part

Obviously you haven't followed the list closely for long ;-)  This was 
proposed and shot down.  Add a filter to your email client.
