iBATIS.net tutorial example under 2.0?

VS2005 had problems trying to convert the ibatis.net tutorial to .NET 2.0.

The WebView section says "unavailable" and it also seems odd that the config
files are in the bin/debug directory. I know they'll eventually go there,
but shouldn't there be a way to have these under resources? Maybe things
just got messed up on the conversion VS tried to do.

I'm new to .NET so maybe I'm just doing something wrong.
