[URGENT] Travis all red!
Hi devs,
Sometime between this afternoon and tonight, the Travis configuration
has changed, resulting in our Mango tests all failing in the same way:

Ran 251 tests in 41.477s
This is failing on master, as well as on every PR, blocking our ability
to merge any changes to the repo.
I spent all day fixing Jenkins, and am out of juice to look at Travis.
(Incidentally, Jenkins is NOT failing the same way.)
Can anyone else take a look at this problem?
