[I] Adapt menu to languages with longer text [airflow]

### Body
In some languages (for example Polis), the left menu is just too narrow... Maybe we can make it more adaptive (changing font size or expanding the size) if this is the case:

PL translation is going to be fixed with #51925 - I know Polish has "long" words comparing to others (maybe except German cc: @jscheffl - but if there are no other problems like that we can - I guess - close the issue).

German was also tooo long (3 pixels) and therefore in German translation we decided to use "Doku" instead of "Dokumentation" (which would be formally correct... but Doku is also a well accepted term).
I knot that usually French is a challenge, in my previous time I heard from a translation expert that German usually/in average needs ~30% more space than English but Fresh in many cases 100% more space. At that time we got the request to "double" all buttons and elements to ensure that the double text volume can be added (if not dynamically layouted)
Is there an abbreviation as alternative for PL? Yeah and agree work breaks are evil.

Yep. We added shorter versions in PL and we are cool. Menu has 'special rights'. We added Admin instead of Administracja ... And few other shortcuts.
And yes - one of my first jobs was translation of windows 95 (yes I am old) in Polish and 30% longer was also basic baseline for PL :)

Word-wrapping is evil :) . We might also think about specifically shortening those. We can try to specifically shorten those:
* Przeglądanie -> Przegląd ?
* Administracja -> Admin (should be understandable)
* Bezpieczeństwo and Dokumentacja are hard though (`Dokumentacja -> Dokumenty` ? `Security -> Dostęp` ?)
