Pushing the source jar to maven2 repository for Tuscany release

Hi Tuscany Developers,

I just noticed that for tuscany Java SCA 2.0-M4 release on Maven2
repositories (ie: http://repo2.maven.org/maven2 or
http://repo2.maven.org/maven2), it doesnt include the source jar files.

I think it will be helpful to include the source in the Maven repository for
other projects, such as Apache PhotArk, that use Maven dependencies
mechanisms to get the binary and source files.

Thanks,

- Henry

I have updated the Hudson publish source jars when publishing
snapshots. This might help in some cases.
