For Wicket I performed a 'svn mv https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/wicket/wicket-6.5.0 https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/wicket/6.5.0' on Jan 22nd, resulting in revision r1278.

Probably this commit doesn't match the svnwcup paths (according to our conversation on irc). [~danielsh] was kindly enough to manually fix our immediate problem by running svn up.
