Proxy Authentication

	I have a patch which turns on HTTP/1.1 Proxy
Authentication. Since the proxy module isn't fully HTTP/1.1, I'm not
sure if it should be included or not. What do people think?

(i.e.

<Directory proxy:*>
AuthType Basic
[etc]
</Directory>

returns
407 Proxy Authentication Required
Proxy-Authenticate: [etc]

instead of the 401/WWW-Authenticate bit.
