[jira] [Created] (BROOKLYN-122) failed apps with SubnetTier: "on-fire" status not reflected in top-level app

Aled Sage created BROOKLYN-122:
----------------------------------

Summary: failed apps with SubnetTier: "on-fire" status not reflected in top-level app
                 Key: BROOKLYN-122
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BROOKLYN-122
             Project: Brooklyn
          Issue Type: Bug
    Affects Versions: 0.7.0-SNAPSHOT
            Reporter: Aled Sage

When deploying an app in vcloud director (so using a SubnetTier to setup port forwarding etc), if the entity within the subnet tier fails to start (e.g. a Jboss7 server is on-fire) then the top-level app does not also go on fire. The SubnetTier also does not report the failure.

It is not until you expand the entity tree that one sees there has been a problem.
