Today we can POST JSON content to solr in a few formats:
 * Plain JSON, single object
 * Plain JSON, array of objects {{[\\{"id":"1"},\\{"id":"2"}] }}
 * Custom commands format, e.g. {{{{}"add":{"doc":{…{}}}...}}}

This issue is to support [Newline delimited JSON|https://ndjson.com/] (ND-JSON or JSONL).

The format may get its own {{/update/ndjson}} endpoint, but more importantly, it will be auto selected on the {{/update}} endpoint if {{Content-Type: application/x-ndjson}} is specified.
