[PR] [3.x] Port the IT scripts from BeanShell to Groovy [maven-install-plugin]

slachiewicz opened a new pull request, #451:
URL: https://github.com/apache/maven-install-plugin/pull/451

Ports the 47 BeanShell IT scripts under `src/it` to Groovy, keeping the same checks. 25 were already valid Groovy; the rest needed `String[] x = { … }` initialisers as list literals (22 files), six same-scope `File file` redeclarations turned into assignments (the install-file-minstall-121* ITs), and a dead `import org.apache.maven.plugins.install.Utils` removed from six scripts — the class does not exist, BeanShell never resolved the import, Groovy refuses to compile it. The rename is a separate commit so the port reads as a diff. Part of apache/maven#13207. Same port as the master PR.

Verified: `mvn verify -Prun-its` (full IT set, since `non-default-pom` cannot be selected through `invoker.test`) → Passed: 32, Failed: 0, Skipped: 1 (`non-changed-artifact`, gated to Maven < 3.10 by its `invoker.maven.version`).
