1) Creates OrderedWordCount in new package
2) Renames existing test OrderedWordCount to TestOrderedWordCount
3) Moves the internal test from TezTezJobs to TestMRRJobsDAGApi

As part of TEZ-1367 at a later point we will move the other code out of examples to tez tests or delete them. Rename TezMRRJHobsDAGApi to TestInternalCode or something. For now keeping those out to avoid disruption.
