[all] site-content dir

Why is the site-content not generated in the target dir? Which also has a
'site' dir.

This is confusing.

Hi Gary,

I suppose it is because the maven-scm-plugin configuration, and the
reason why it is not in target dir is to avoid to checkout the site
for each deployment, but use the update function only.

The SCM plugin otherwise should checkout the site first from svn,
deploy the generated site, commit the modifications; in that way
checks the site in only once and updates it before deploying.
