   ## Summary
   since the kernel build can't access the userspace memory inside other process directly
   
   ## Impact
   Avoid the access violation in kernel build. Since CONFIG_DUMP_ON_EXIT shouldn't enable in the production, the bad effect should be minor.
   
   ## Testing
