[jira] Created: (SCM-516) git provider doesn't respect username in settings.xml

git provider doesn't respect username in settings.xml
-----------------------------------------------------

                 Key: SCM-516
                 URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/SCM-516
             Project: Maven SCM
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: maven-scm-provider-git
    Affects Versions: 1.1
            Reporter: Marat Radchenko

git provider doesn't respect username in settings.xml (it always uses current user name).

So currently the only way to specify git username is via scm url. This doesn't work in case of multiple developers.
