xqilla-dev

Hi,

I'm trying to compile qpidc on rhel 4, but I stopped at xqilla and
xqilla-dev dependencie, anyone have pre-compiled rpms for this ?

I don't I'm afraid. Note that you can build without them (you may need 
to configure --without-xml if you have incompatible versions of those libs).
