   This issue focuses on optimizing and improving the following documentation:
   1. Update the packaging and release information for Dubbo Python, renaming it from `dubbo-python` to `apache-dubbo` in `pyproject.toml`.
   2. Improve the `.gitignore` file.
   3. Add development dependency installation instructions and testing guidelines to `CONTRIBUTING.md`.
   4. Include badges, installation instructions, and the `CONTRIBUTING` section in `README.md`.
