Patches for Wsdl2Java (against current cvs).

See attached diff. Here are the list of changes:
- Change some member variables to private.
- removed un-used member variable portTypesInfo (changed it to a local variable)
- Use try/catch in only one of the emit methods (not both).
- Changed some methods to private
- restrictionNode should be used instead of children.item(1)
- Removed some unnecessary variables.
- faultMapIter.next() changed to bFault. (We skip one BindingFault otherwise).
