Abstract Sample Container

Hi All,

I have been doing some investigation on implementing my own container
and as I have been working on the code I find myself copying and
pasting code from samplecontainer.js to my own container.  What do
people think about introducing an "abstract container" that consumers
of Shindig can leverage when implementing their own containers?

Check out the new common container in
features/src/main/javascript/features/container/

It's still beta but it is the future of the container side javascript.
