New Jackrabbit committer: Christian Stocker

Hi,

Please welcome Christian Stocker as a new committer and PMC member of
the Apache Jackrabbit project. The Jackrabbit PMC recently decided to
offer Christian committership based on his contributions. I'm happy to
announce that he accepted the offer and that all the related
administrative work has now been taken care of.

Welcome to the team, Christian!

I feel honored to be a Apache Jackrabbit committer and PMC member and
hope my contribution will be of use for the community and the future of it.
