Hi all!

 

Faced with the strange behavior when using Apache Directory Studio with jdk 17, it is unable to start new created server

TC:
 # Specify as JAVA_HOME jdk 17
 # Run ApacheDS
 # Create Apache 2.0 server with default settings
 # Try to start it

ER: Server started

AR: After "Starting" state it returns to the "Stoped"

 

I've tried the same stuff with jdk8 and jdk11 and both cases are working, so I suggest the problem related to the version of java.

 

 

OS: 

Windows 10 Pro 20H2 19042.1586

Java:

openjdk version "17.0.1" 2021-10-19 LTS
OpenJDK Runtime Environment (build 17.0.1+12-LTS)
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (build 17.0.1+12-LTS, mixed mode, sharing)

 

App:

Apache Directory Studio 2.0.0.v20210717-M17
