Reloading fails back to old version for nested components

I have the following use case
page A contains component B

I change something in B and redeploy the template of B.
Reloading works

Then I change something in the page and redeploy A. Suddenly the old
version of B appears again.

Does anybody else experience this behaviour.

I've never experienced something like that.
