[jira] [Updated] (TIKA-4174) sip pcap mime type being misidentified as x-robots

Nissim Shiman updated TIKA-4174:
--------------------------------
    Description:
There are situations where pcap files are having mime type being misidentified as text/x-robots.  Specifically, when dealing with sip pcap files.

Sample files where this can be seen are
[https://gitlab.com/wireshark/wireshark/-/wikis/uploads/__moin_import__/attachments/SampleCaptures/SIP_DTMF2.cap]
and
[https://gitlab.com/wireshark/wireshark/-/wikis/uploads/__moin_import__/attachments/SampleCaptures/DTMFsipinfo.pcap]

The issue is that it meets the x-robots criteria of \nuser-agent: and \nallow: (which are also typical in sip pcap files),
[https://github.com/apache/tika/blob/2.9.1/tika-core/src/main/resources/org/apache/tika/mime/tika-mimetypes.xml#L2142-L2143]
but pcap has a lower priority

Could something be done for this?
