[jira] Created: (TAPESTRY-1549) event connection evaluations via XHR

event connection evaluations via XHR
------------------------------------

                 Key: TAPESTRY-1549
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TAPESTRY-1549
             Project: Tapestry
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: XHR/dhtml/Ajax
    Affects Versions: 4.1.2
         Environment: ie6
            Reporter: Jesse Kuhnert
            Assignee: Jesse Kuhnert
             Fix For: 4.1.2

In some situations - such as binding an @EventListener to the onchange event of a select field - if you cause the events to be generated repeatedly by doing something like using the scroll wheel it is possible to get javascript errors such as "bad srcObj for srcFunc "onchange" when connecting up events on ie. May need to increase timeout of async request processing in IE specifically.
