Windows tablet PC

Good day. On my widows 10 tablet PC I cant list pages of my finger.
I send you video in attachment. Please help me if you can.

Good Day;

The list mailing list software strips all attachments from e-mail to
this list. So no one will see your video. You should put it on a service
such as one drive or google docs and make it shareable and send the link
in an email to this list.

As a courtesy I have cc'd your e-mail on this reply. Please reply only
to the list and not my e-mail.
