### What happened
Upon using the TAPD plug-in with DevLake, it has been observed that the issue_commits table and the issue_repo_commits tables remain empty, indicating that the commits associated with TAPD issues are not being collected by DevLake.
### What do you expect to happen
We expect DevLake to collect all development data from third-party platforms, including the commits associated with TAPD issues. This will enable us to extract valuable insights for engineering excellence, developer experience, and community growth.
### How to reproduce
Create a TAPD issue and associate it with one or more commits.
Use DevLake to collect development data from TAPD.
Check the issue_commits table and the issue_repo_commits table in DevLake's database and observe that they remain empty, even though commits were associated with the TAPD issue.

It collected commits after rerun the tapd job. This issue is not exist. (Since I have not rerun the tapd collect job after creating the commit link)
