[jira] [Resolved] (ACCUMULO-1780) Monitor "recent logs" page should sort by most recent events first

Mike Drob resolved ACCUMULO-1780.
---------------------------------

    Resolution: Invalid

I think it caches what your last sort order was, and at this point I have no idea what the default even is.

> Monitor "recent logs" page should sort by most recent events first
> ------------------------------------------------------------------
>
> Key: ACCUMULO-1780
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ACCUMULO-1780
> Project: Accumulo
> Issue Type: Improvement
> Components: monitor
> Reporter: Mike Drob
> Priority: Trivial
> Labels: proposal
>
> The recent logs page on the monitor has lots of sorting options, and the initial view is ascending by time. This means that the oldest events are at the top and the newest events are at the bottom. More often, I'm interested in the latest events and have to resort the page.
> Does anybody have a compelling reason to preserve the old behavior? (Note the "proposal" tag - this is mostly engendered by my own laziness, but I hold no strong opinions on this.)
