ApacheCon US 2007 Tutorials
Hi Hernan,
I visited Tuscany's homepage and in the news section I see they highligthed
the tutorial Tuscany committers have at ApacheCon US 2007. See
http://incubator.apache.org/tuscany/.
I got this idea that we can do the same for the tutorial sessions Shiva and
myself have at ApacheCon US 2007 and OS Summit Asia 2007 in Hong Kong. Can
you update the news section in Geronimo homepage to add links to these
tutorials?
ApacheCon US 2007, Atlanta: 12-16 Nov 2007
Securing Java EE Applications in Apache Geronimo (
http://us.apachecon.com/us2007/program/talk/1977)
Java EE 5.0 App Development on Geronimo simplified using Eclipse (
http://us.apachecon.com/us2007/program/talk/2003)
OS Summit Asia 2007, Hong Kong: 26-30 Nov 2007
Securing Java EE Applications in Apache Geronimo (
http://www.ossummit.com/2007/program/talk/15)
Java EE 5 App Development on Geronimo simplified using Eclipse & WTP (
http://www.ossummit.com/2007/program/talk/16)
Thanks and best regards,
Vamsi

Thanks a mill for updating the page.
You can check it out here http://cwiki.apache.org/GMOxSITE , it will take 1

Can you change my name in the events page
http://cwiki.apache.org/GMOxSITE/events.html to "Vamsavardhana Reddy".
Also, there is an extra "/" after my name under the OS Summit section that
you can get rid of.
Cheers!

I updated the Events page with all the details and added to the front page a new entry in the News section.
You can check it out here http://cwiki.apache.org/GMOxSITE , it will take 1 hour or so to make it to the live site.
Cheers!

The idea is that visitors should see it in Geronimo home page itself
(without having to click any links). May be it will help us in getting the
minimum number of registrations (8 for ApacheCon and 10 for OS Summit)
quickly without which the sessions will be cancelled :o(

Hi Vamsi,
we already have that section -> Events (which I need to fix either way ;-)
I'll add an entry in the news as well.
Cheers!
