[studio] test: add HeaderInterceptor and ContextInitPipeline unit tests

- HeaderInterceptorTest: verify remote/local address parsing from transport attrs,
  SSL detection (no session = false), next handler delegation, empty attrs safety
- ContextInitPipelineTest: verify basic context init, SSL enabled/disabled/missing,
  auth username extraction, namespace/action extraction, empty headers safety
