The Region.loadSnapshot and Region.saveSnapshot methods are deprecated and should be removed. They should be replaced by RegionSnapshotService.
They were deprecated in 7.0 and customer can convert from the old format to the new by using a release that had both formats in it.

The RegionSnapshotService has its own tests so the old tests can simply be removed.
