Group Editor for Apache Stratos

Hi Devs,

I have created Group Editor for Apache Stratos. Now users can create groups
using drag and drop interface.

Cartridge section contain all available cartridges and Group template
section contain pre-defined
group template block to use in any level.




Once you double click on each group node, *Group detail* tab will update
with related information.
You need to fill it and click update button next to detail area.  

When you update *Root Group block* details, "Add Group Definition" button
will get activated.

TODO: need to add some validation and context menu to delete added nodes.

If you found any issue please be kind enough to update. Also please merge
this PR.
