problem with parameters and select criteria

Hi guys,

I have got a problem. I am using XSL for transforming XML to HTML (surprise :] ) and want to make my stylesheets a bit advanced. So I tried to pass parameters to select expresions for value-of and for-each elements. And I got strange results.
Would anybody please explain what am I doing wrong ?

Problem: passing select parameters from commandline works in strange manners, example is in attached files -- very simple, just look at it.
