EFI params are not the part of the model, EFI features location in for example {{MultipleAdditiveTreesModel}} or efi params weights in {{LinearModel}} are not changing in a request.

The efi params are stored in {{LTRScoringQuery}} which is created on each request. The same for query related features. 

 

And please note that this optimisation is already in master. https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SOLR-12699
