sendmail.xsl logicsheet with attachments

Sometime back, there has been some discussion about sending attachments
with the sendmail.xsl logicsheet on this list. 

Since I now also wanted this features, I've fiddled with sendmail.xsl
and extended it with a <sendmail:attachment [delete="yes"]> tags.

for details. The attached patch with bugzilla id 4879 is the right one.
Since I was at, I also created some documentation, which could be
integrated with the other documentation of XSP logicsheets.
