[PR] HDDS-13132. Convert redundant fields to local var in production code [ozone]

## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Cleared production code base from fields which could be converted to local variables.
Please describe your PR in detail:
The production codebase has been updated to comply with the PMD SingularField rule. Instances where compliance was not feasible have been suppressed. In more complex cases, TODO comments were added with corresponding Jira tickets to refactor those sections when converting the field to a local variable is not straightforward.

## How was this patch tested?
Patch is tested using existing automation. New tests are not required.
