Update for "RFC - three new packages..."

Hi all,

I have found some minor bugs and have introduced a type-safe
enumeration for the "type" parameter of log calls. To save
your bandwith, I've not attached the changes.

Instead, you can download an archive containing a complete,
modified (source-only) version of Struts from

or another one with prebuild jar and wars (plus source) from
