Problem with skins...

I can neither change the text's color, nor the title-text's color.
For example :
        <property name="title-text-color" value="#ffffff" hidden="false"/>
The titles remain black !

Why ?

There was a patch applied to jetspeed.vm on 3/15 that may have fixed 
this problem.
