[jira] [Created] (SOLR-14813) Config API: queryResponseWriter section is empty

Alexandre Rafalovitch created SOLR-14813:
--------------------------------------------

             Summary: Config API: queryResponseWriter section is empty
                 Key: SOLR-14813
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SOLR-14813
             Project: Solr
          Issue Type: Sub-task
      Security Level: Public (Default Security Level. Issues are Public)
          Components: config-api
            Reporter: Alexandre Rafalovitch

According to: https://lucene.apache.org/solr/guide/8_6/config-api.html

??The available top-level sections that can be added as path parameters are: query, requestHandler, searchComponent, updateHandler, queryResponseWriter, initParams, znodeVersion, listener, directoryFactory, *indexConfig*, and codecFactory.??

Executing (on master): http://localhost:8983/solr/configapi/config/queryResponseWriter results in:
{code:json}
{
  "responseHeader":{
    "status":0,
    "QTime":0},
  "config":{"queryResponseWriter":null}}
{code}

The section is also missing in the full config output. The solrconfig.xml for this section is all default, but the Config API outputs a lot of defaults elsewhere, so this seems to be a mismatch or a bug.
