Status of CXF 2.2.3/2.1.6/2.0.12

Just a quick update about the status of the upcoming releases.   As you may 
recall, I was hoping to do the builds this week.   However, due to a security 
vulnerability in xmlsec, I think it's worth delaying a little bit to make sure 
we get the fix for that in as well.    The vote for the xmlsec with the patch 
just started this morning.   When that concludes, Colm will do final testing 
with WSS4J 1.5.8 and it and hopefully call a vote for that later this week.   
Thus, with some luck getting binding votes, we should be able to do the CXF 
builds mid next week.   

Also, a reminder:
2.0.12 will be the LAST version of the 2.0.x line that we do here at Apache. 
Thus, if any fixes NEED to get in, get patches in ASAP.   :-)
