[PR] Fix stale system test documentation links [airflow]

1. Based on #62197 , replacing all outdated links from `tests/system/README.md#run_via_pytest` with `contributing-docs/testing/system_tests.rst` in `system_test` files.
2. Fix typo in related docs.
