[parent] Maven problems trying to RC commons-parent.

Hi All:

I'd like to RC [parent] to pick up the test jar changes.

I thought we had a special set of instructions to release [parent] compared
to Commons [components] but I cannot find the page anymore. I must have been
dreaming.

When I run:

mvn clean deploy -Prelease -Ptest-deploy

I get:

[INFO]

[INFO]

Try

 mvn gpg:sign deploy  -Ptest-deploy

instead.

That works for me with Maven 2.2.1
