   Hello, Dubbo team,
    
   我是阿里云开发者社区的运营人员。Dubbo在全球有众多开发者，他们在GitHub上提问并得到了项目成员的回复，这对开发者学习Dubbo无疑是很大的帮助。作为中国的开发者社区，阿里云开发者社区也希望能将这部分问答翻译并搬运到阿里云开发者社区，以便中国的开发者更好地学习并使用Dubbo。以下是我们对此项合作的一些想法：
   
   I am from Alibaba Cloud Developer Community. Dubbo is loved and used by developers around the world, and they ask questions on GitHub and get replies from the team members. This is undoubtedly a great help for developers to learn Dubbo. As a developer community in China, the Alibaba Cloud Developer Community hopes to translate the questions  and replies of Dubbo and repost them on Alibaba Cloud Developer Community, so that Chinese developers can better learn and use Dubbo. Here are the proposal
   
   1. 由我方找专门的人员进行翻译、发布工作，以 closed issues 中带 question label 的问答作为目标内容进行整理。
   We will find specialized personnel to translate questions from _closed issued_ tab and repost on them on  Alibaba Cloud Developer Community;
   
   2. 我们会持续关注项目，后续新增的 closed issues 我们也会持续同步沉淀至开发者社区，以便开发者学习到最新的内容。
   We will continuously pay attention to the project to keep updated the latest content;
   
   3. 尊重知识产权，整理发布到开发者社区上的提问与回答都会标注原作者的GitHub 昵称。
   We will give credit to the original author by showing their GitHub nicknames on the repost threads.
   
   作为技术社区，我们非常希望Dubbo在中国得到广泛的应用，让中国的开发者第一时间获取到Dubbo的知识。分享、惠普、利他，让更多人学习成长，相信这也是项目开源的初衷。如果项目组对我们对本次的合作方案感兴趣或者有其他想法及建议，请给我留言，期待让更多的中国开发者学习Dubbo。
   As a technical community, we hope that Dubbo will be widely used in China, and Chinese developers can obtain the knowledge of Dubbo in the first place. Let more people learn and grow in sharing, I believe this is also the spirit of open source. If the team are interested in our proposal or have other ideas and suggestions, please feel free to leave a comment. I am looking forward to spreading Dubbo in China.
