J2 M3 and J1 1.6/Fusion Releases in Progress

The J2 Team is currently in the throws of releasing J2 M3 and J1 1.6/Fusion.

The plan is to complete this effort within the next few days.

Thanks for your continued patience and cooperation.

Please limit your commits to release activities only since the release 
is being performed on the cvs HEAD, (not the branch as earlier planned).
