Acessing .java file from .asp using apache-soap

Hi,

  I am new to soap .I want to acess the java file from a .asp page using soap .

 will it possible with the apache soap tool kit.

 My webserver is IIS and i am using servletExec as servlet container.

 Please help me how to configure the apache soap.
