Summary: Choose if "patterns to test" are regular expression or
                    not
           Product: JMeter
           Version: 2.1
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows XP
            Status: NEW
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: P3
         Component: Main
        AssignedTo: jmeter-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: nbekrar@jouve.fr

Like you know, in the "Response assertion", the "patterns to test" are sensitive
to special caracters like "?", this kind of characters are considered like a
part of regular expression.

The enhancement i propose is to add a checkbox to this screen to choose if you
want to consider your "patterns to test" as a simple text (in that case the
special caracters will not be considered as a part of rgular expression) or as
a regular experssion. This choice will be applied for all "patterns to test" of
the current "Response assertion".
