Child not created when setting attribute

Summary: Child not created when setting attribute
           Product: Commons
           Version: Nightly Builds
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: JXPath
        AssignedTo: commons-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: mrdon@twdata.org

JXPath automatically creates attributes if the element already exists, but does
not call AbstractFactory.createObject() if the element does not exist. This was
noticed when using xpath statements to create a DOM model.
