LICENSE stuff

	One of the file is using derivative of vbprintf() function,
"borrowed" from FastCGI distribution.  Their LICENSE agreement states
that you must include their LICENSE, which you currently do not.
Just thought someone may want to take a note on that.

The licence was agreed with them at the time.
