enabling cordova-cli and plugman npm modules with shrinkwrap?
I want to ask if there any issues using npm shrinkwrap when rc testing and
publishing to npm registry?
I opened a jira item here for more details including benefits to cordova

I really like the idea.
Predictability / repeatability is important to the customers that I work with. Having 2 people do "npm install cordova@3.4.0-0.1.0" at different times and get slightly different environments is undesireable.

I will also update the wiki [1] so its part of the process to refresh the
shrinkwrap.json before npm and npm publish for RC.
